Katherine Lauren Design is founded by two Interior Designers and longtime friends, Katherine Driscoll and Lauren Reardon. Based in Arlington Heights, KLD serves clients throughout Chicago's Northshore and Northwestern Suburbs, designing a diverse range of homes all with a clean and elegant aesthetic.
With each project, Katy and Lauren bring their individual styles together to create dynamic and tastefully designed interiors that reflect the wants, needs and lifestyles of their diverse clientele. Their belief that homes should directly reflect the personality of those who live in them and evoke feelings of comfort and happiness is the cornerstone of every project and home they design.

With Katy’s love of traditional architecture and eye for merging vintage furnishings with contemporary finishes, she brings a sense of character and charm to the Katherine Lauren partnership through her classic design style. Alongside her decade-worth of project management of full-scale renovations and new-construction home design, Katy’s background is in custom millwork and cabinetry design in luxury residential interiors. Her expertise is grounded in a desire to marry each space’s history with its promising future.

Lauren’s keen eye for the unexpected brings a vibrant originality to Katherine Lauren Design. With a decade of designing high-end homes and servicing luxury clientele, Lauren’s mastery is in managing and overseeing large-scale design projects coast-to-coast. Her execution of the finest detail in designing custom furnishings is prominent in every Katherine Lauren Design project. Her belief that design should invoke feelings of familiarity and sanctuary is rooted in the art of timeless style blended with unique individualism in every project.
